Captain help specialist
Purpose: Captain help specialist is the first line hero communicating with all captains through many channels addressing their needs. We at Swvl believe that the captain help agent is a fighter and the main base for our growth.
- Respond to all captain’s inquiries/issues via phone.
- Be aware of all captain help inquiries/issues
- Resolve financial/cash/in ride issues of captains.
- Communicate with customers via phone if needed.
- Follow any tasks assigned by team leader/supervisor.
- Excellent reporting skills.
- Excellent communication/negotiation skills.
- Problem solver.
- English level: very good.
- Graduate up to 2 years of experience.
- Call center experience is preferred.
